• Delivery is normally between 4 and 6 weeks after order.
• Delivery is normally arranged by appointment with whoever is installing your log cabin. If it is not possible for anybody to be on site to assist with delivery a crane off load facility is available by arrangement.
• It is normally possible to deliver this log cabin even if access is restricted. The wall logs can be carried one or two at a time and all packages are designed to pass through a normal single door.

  FRONT TERRACE: Double glazed cabins include a front terrace 3.59m wide x 2.0m deep (11'9" x 6'6") with strong 21mm thick decking treated with a high quality preservative. Double glazed cabins are not available without the front terrace. The front terrace can be positioned to the left or right side and does not need to be specified when ordering. Single glazed cabins are available with or without the front terrace.

• Granular steel roof tiles with 40 year guarantee (lightweight steel roof tiles on top of a felted solid timber inner roof, choice of colours)
• Sikkens external preservative (supply only, choice of colours)

• Floor insulation (50mm thick insulation is fitted directly under the floor boards and between the floor joists)
• Roof insulation (timber battens are fixed on top of the roof boards and 100mm Rockwool insulation is placed between the battens. 3/4" thick sterling board is fixed over the insulation and into the battens and this is covered with roofing felt or granular steel roof tiles, as required)
• Sikkens Unitop internal wall and ceiling varnish (supply only, clear satin finish)
• Sadolin polyurethane floor varnish (supply only, clear satin finish)

• Many log cabin suppliers quote only the roof size, which includes the roof overhang. The much smaller cabin size is either not listed at all or hidden in the small print.
