  OPTIONAL INSTALLATION: If installation is ordered your garden office will be delivered and installed on the same day by prior appointment with you. These garden offices are designed to be professionally installed so more care is taken in the factory to speed up installation and minimize problems on site.   LENGTH AND WIDTH: In the SIZES & PRICES chart the first dimension listed is the width and the second dimension is the depth. The depth refers to the angled gable wall. The sizes quoted do not include the 3' deep verandah supplied as standard. All sizes quoted are the external office sizes unless stated otherwise.

• Attractive and durable smooth planed cedar slatted roof on top of a felted solid pine inner roof
• Internal lining and insulation to the walls and ceiling, with polystyrene insulation and tongued and grooved matchboard lining
• 4mm toughened glass to BS6206 Class A
• Heavy duty floor with ex 1" thick tongued and grooved boards (20mm finished size after machining)
• Pressure treated floor bearers (lifetime preservative treatment)
• Internal partition with sliding door

  WESTERN RED CEDAR: Cedar is a naturally resilient timber which lasts longer than pine and other softwoods even if never treated from new. Western Red Cedar is a sustainable resource from North America.

  RESTRICTED ACCESS: A quality feature of these offices is that they are made in large rigid panels. If access is restricted, your office can be specially made in smaller sections designed to pass through a normal single door. The smaller sections are designed to be at least as strong as the larger panels normally supplied. There is no charge for this option but notice is required with the order.
