  LINED AND INSULATED WALLS: These garden offices include fully lined and insulated walls with 70mm x 45mm planed deal framework and a vapour barrier. High performance 40mm thick foil faced insulation board is fitted between the framing and fully lined inside with MDF in a choice of flat or profiled finish.

  INSULATED FLOOR: These garden offices include a fully insulated floor with 70mm x 45mm pressure treated floor joists. The decking is 22mm thick moisture resistant particle board with a vapour barrier fitted below and 50mm thick polystyrene insulation board laid above, ready for your choice of flooring.

  LINED AND INSULATED ROOF: These garden offices includee a fully lined and insulated roof with 12mm tongued and grooved boards laid over 40mm thick high performance insulation board fitted between the roof joists. A vapour barrier is also included and the roof is fully lined inside with 12mm tongued and grooved Scandinavian redwood matchboards.

  EXTERNAL STAIN TREATMENT: This garden office is treated as standard with a good quality microporous woodstain in a translucent antique pine colour. Microporous woodstains are impervious to water but not to water vapour, which allows the wood to breathe.

  HIGH SPECIFICATION DOORS & WINDOWS: The doors and windows in this garden office are similar to those used in modern house building, with high performance PVCu frames and sashes. Features include multi chamber frame profiles and sealed unit double glazing. All sashes are fitted with draught excluders and good quality ironmongery.

  LENGTH AND WIDTH: In the SIZES & PRICES chart the first dimension listed is the width and the second dimension is the length. The width refers to the angled gable wall. All sizes quoted are the external office sizes unless stated otherwise.

  COLOURED EXTERNAL PAINT FINISH: A high quality paint system with a choice of opaque colours is available as an alternative to the standard woodstain finish. The shiplap boards are spray treated with one coat prior to manufacture to prevent any shrinkage marks. Two further coats are applied after manufacturing. Available in a range of colours. Colours are only as accurate as reproductive techniques allow.

  INTERNAL PAINT FINISH: The internal lining boards are unpainted MDF which can be painted any colour of your choice. Other options include white finish vinyl board lining or cream finish MDF lining boards. A white textured finish ceiling is available.

  GRANULAR STEEL ROOF TILES: These lightweight granular steel roof tiles have been tested and proved suitable for every climate throughout the world from hurricanes and hailstones to heatwaves. Uses include homes, flats, schools, offices and all types of buildings. Colours are as accurate as reproductive techniques allow.

  RESTRICTED ACCESS: A quality feature of these offices is that they are made in large rigid panels. If access is restricted, your office can be specially made in smaller sections designed to pass through a normal single door. The smaller sections are designed to be at least as strong as the larger panels normally supplied. There is no charge for this option but notice is required with the order.
